Parents Our families are a very important part of our program at Plantation Child Care and Development Center. We value each family and we are dedicated to providing the safest care for your children. Our center has an open door policy for our families. We encourage parents and/or guardians to visit their child at any time of day.
Mother's Room We have a dedicated "Mother's Room" for our parents that need a private area with their child. This is a great place for nursing mothers to come on their lunch break.
Parent Meetings Communication is very important to us, therefore we hold parent meetings once a month. These meetings are from 6:30 to 7:30 with educational topics being discussed that will help our parents with parenting issues. Babysitting is provided free of charge.
Every May Parent Conferences are available to discuss your child and how they are progressing within our program and curriculum.
Newsletters Each month a Newsletter will be issued to all our families. The newsletter will contain current events and concerns at the center, children and caregivers birthday's, and parenting topics. Each classroom teacher will provide a summary of the month's activities and special events. Any one can add something special to the newsletter, by contacting the center director by the 20th of the month for the next month's addition.
